Our most popular elopement package is the Winery Cave Elopement. This venue gives you exclusive use of the property, professional photography, champagne, and a celebrant. The package begins at $1,775 for the couple only and can be expanded to include up to 28 guests (total party of 30) for additional fees.

Napa Valley tends to be most popular during grape harvest season (September–October). Keep in mind this is peak tourist season, so prices are higher. The vineyards are in full bloom from May through August, offering the most picturesque settings. Our most cost-effective package is the Vineyard View Elopement, which includes your venue and a celebrant. The package begins at $400. You may add photography for an additional fee. If it is just the two of you, the cost of adding a witness is $75.

Popular venues often book up 12–18 months in advance, especially on weekends in peak season. Smaller weddings and elopements have more flexibility and can often be arranged in just a few weeks. If it is a simple elopement we can actually arrange for that within days as long as you have a wedding license from your county in California or have made appropriate arrangements to secure a wedding license in Napa.

Spring (April–June) and fall (September–October) are the most popular times. Summer offers warm vineyard evenings, while winter provides quiet beauty and more affordable rates.

Napa Valley’s climate allows for outdoor ceremonies year-round. Most venues also provide elegant indoor or tented spaces as a backup in case of rain or extreme heat.

Venues range from intimate gardens for just 2–20 guests to wineries and estates hosting 200+ guests. Most couples choose between 50–125 guests for the perfect blend of intimacy and celebration.

For larger weddings, a professional planner or coordinator is highly recommended to manage vendors and logistics. Napa Valley Weddings has in-house coordination for elopements and small weddings.

Packages often include the ceremony site, reception area, catering, wedding coordination, floral options, photography, DJ, and a personalized wedding ceremony.

Many venues allow outside vendors, but they must be licensed and insured. Some wineries and private estates require you to choose from their preferred vendor lists.

Most venues require amplified music to end by 10 p.m. due to county ordinances. Some private estates or resorts may allow later celebrations with restrictions.
